Building Sustainable Futures: KCP and Bracknell BID Partnership

KCP is proud to be working in partnership with Bracknell BID, supporting innovation and sustainability in our local community. Together, we’re showcasing how smart technology can help businesses in the hospitality sector reduce energy use, improve efficiency, and create seamless guest experiences.

At the centre of this is Conqora, KCP’s integrated platform that brings together energy management, room automation, security, and guest services into one system. By connecting everything from lighting and heating to access control and digital signage, Conqora enables smarter decision-making and supports organisations in achieving their environmental goals.

The collaboration with Bracknell BID reflects a shared commitment to making Bracknell a hub for forward-thinking, sustainable business. It’s about demonstrating how technology can have a practical impact – helping venues cut costs, reduce carbon footprint, and deliver exceptional experiences for staff and customers alike.

In July, we were pleased to host the inaugural KCP Network BBQ in partnership with Bracknell BID, which brought together more than 50 local attendees. The event highlighted the strength of the Bracknell business community and the value of coming together to share ideas.

Partnerships like this are vital. They bring people together, create opportunities to collaborate, and show how innovation and community can deliver lasting value.

We’re already looking forward to building on this momentum with Bracknell BID – hosting more events, sharing more insights, and continuing to deliver technology that transforms hospitality for a smarter, greener future.
